What do I need to know?
- Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
- This voucher is valid for two people
- Available from Monday–Thursday, year round, excluding during the Cheltenham Gold Cup, Spring Garden Show, Three Counties Show and Christmas and New Year period
- Please be advised there is a £25pp supplement fee for Friday and Sunday bookings. This is payable to the supplier at point of booking
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Please note that this experience is not available for groups of more than six people
- Please inform the hotel of any dietary requirements upon point of booking
- Please note that you can make use of the spa facilities available from 12pm on the day of your arrival until 11am on the day of your departure

Lovely break
Really enjoyed our 2 night break away. The hotel, spa, resturant was all excellent. Loved swimming in the outside pool and watching the stars. Lovely break would definitely book again

Highly unlikely to use Red letter days again
Spa stay and facilities were fantastic, the stay was an upgrade due to a cancelled offer by the company which was bought as a present. The communication ability to Letter days is an utter joke. People want to speak to people, trying to explain an issue via e mail then remaking your point is like pulling teeth. I understand you can be bombarded with hrs of nonsense questions but it has put me off using this.company again.

Lovely Spa
The Spa experience was lovely, and the food was excellent. It was a shame the location wasn't what I expected, on a busy roundabout on the edge of Business Park.

Nice break but expensive
Spa itself is lovely. Couldn’t fault the massages or meal. Restaurant staff very helpful
No loungers available around the pool, we did get some around 5.30pm
Room quite underwhelming and not the cleanest! Chips out of furniture and drink(?) splashed up the walls and on the dressing table
