  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Your park entry tickets and animal adoption pack will be sent to you via email. The voucher redemption form must be completed at least two working days before your requested experience date. Your booking is not valid until you have pre-booked your visit via the booking link and received a confirmation email which you need to take with you and show on arrival to the park. Please note, the brown bear, cheetah, European bison and giraffe live at The Aspinall Foundation's other park, Port Lympne Reserve.
