Guests are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled treatment to ensure full benefit from the session. It is not mandatory, but arriving two hours early is recommended to enjoy the spa beforehand. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations for couples and small parties; larger groups of four or more must provide one week’s notice for cancellations or changes. Please refer to your booking and rate plan for your specific cancellation policy. Deposits taken at booking are non-refundable. Booking amendments may incur full cancellation charges.
