Good service
Good service and friendly staff at Slug & Lettuce, Milton Keynes. Very restricted menu but food was good. Unfortunately, very few outlets to choose from in my area.

Gift
Restricted menu when using a voucher! Only 6 choices of meals and not allowed wine with the drink ..voucher says 2 course meal with drink !..although meal was nice what we had certainly not worth the money that we paid… )would not recommend this gift…

Very poor service and very limited meal choices for the experience.
When booking the experience I was under the impression you could choose most of the menu, but you were only allowed to have a choice of 4 items and being vegetarian we only had one choice. The red letter day system is very hard to navigate and does not give you the full information when booking. Also, you could only have one beer or one prosecco, you could not have a wine. Also, the staff in the Plymouth branch we all so rude and unhelpful. I ordered a wine which I paid for as I didn’t like procecco and started to drink it noticing it was cloudy and had bits floating inside and there was no apology whatsoever, just a grunt. This was the attitude of all staff when asked anything. I never leave reviews but thought I really had to this time as the experience was very poor, I would never book with a red letters day experience again as it is not really value for money.

Set menu @ Slug and Lettuce PLYMOUTH
The set menu was rather limited and tbh had we have known how limited it was probably wouldn't have chosen this gift. That said, the food was nice but the staff were absolutely fantastic and we were extremely well-looked after - thankyou Team Plymouth!
