  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements at the point of booking. Friday and Saturday dinner from 5.30pm onwards cannot be booked more than 48 hours in advance. For Friday and Saturday dinner booked further in advance, you may swap the set menu and drinks package and dine from the à la carte menu, using the purchase price of the voucher as a cash discount against the final bill. Valentine’s Day may require a supplement per person, payable when booking. From time to time, a non-refundable Advance Booking Fee may be offered to allow Friday and Saturday dinner bookings more than 48 hours in advance; this is not credited to the final bill. Cancellations and amendments can be made up to 48 hours before the booked date and time. If you do not arrive for your meal, you won’t be able to use your voucher again. Tables are held for up to 15 minutes without prior notice, after which your table may be given to another customer and your voucher may be forfeited. Non-alcoholic options are available to substitute cocktails and wine upon request. Additional drinks, side orders or menu upgrades will incur an optional 9.5% service charge, payable at the end of the meal.
