Stay over and facial / head massage
The entire experience was fantastic. The hotel was beautiful, spotless, and well maintained, with all facilities working perfectly. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. I will definitely be returning for a longer stay in the future

Lovely spa day
Really enjoyed the spa day. All staff were very friendly especially in the spa reception area. Fab back massage, coffee and cake in the well presented lounge/reception area of hotel to finish the day off . My only comment would be that there weren’t enough beds in the pool area and although signs are up asking customers not to leave towels etc on beds, for the whole time we were there towels and robes were on all beds but beds not being used. Other than that we had a very nice spa day experience

Nice present
The 25 minute treatment was only 15 minutes, the hotel and spa were hard to navigate as not enough signage or information available, we wasn’t impressed with the facilities and there were not enough beds around the pool for the amount of people. We had a nice day and made the best of it.

Don’t waste your money
The pool was freezing cold, advertised as ‘a heated pool’ but when we asked they said the heater was broken and so was the air con. I had goosebumps laying around the pool area. There was a hair and with hair and gross residue over the plates on our table. The only nice thing was afternoon tea even though that took half hour to come out despite them telling us to come at 12. Ruined what was supposed to be the end to my 30th weekend
