Are you people real!!! It took me weeks to book anything from your website.
After several live chats and emails I have heard nothing from you and am awaiting a refund as the hotel did not offer the experience paid for. Therefore it was all cancelled

Night Away
Really nice break at Moor Hall. Room was OK but if you took away the 4 posts over the bed was just a normal hotel bedroom. Spa was superb, lovely pool, loungers, sauna, steam room, hot tub - couldn't ask for more. Plenty of choice for food either in the restaurant or the bar.
