Spa Day with afternoon tea
Lovely day with my best friend very relaxing. The seaweed massage amazing. The only tiny issue was that our tea and coffee were cold when served.

OK but nothing special
My wife and I received this experience as a gift. The 'spa' was very limited - pool plus small steam room and sauna - not really enough for more than an hour, two at most. Afternoon tea was good though, freshly made and one of the better ones we have had at a chain hotel. Nice hotel grounds for a walk afterwards.

Nice relaxing day
We really enjoyed our trip to Walton Hall Hotel. Whilst clearly not newly refurbished, everything was functional and we found our way around easily. The pool/sauna/steam room was very chilled, but don't forget £1 for the lockers, and possibly something to read on the poolside loungers. I think we cut several afternoon tea items in half so that we both got to sample everything. Also, don't be fooled that you are going inside the exquisite and grand Walton Hall building. The amenities are all to the rear of this. We did a nice circular walk afterwards by following the path out of the spa and back round to the village. A lovely way to spend a few hours.
