• Availability Description

  Valid for two people. Available weekdays, excluding bank holidays. Choose to upgrade to weekends upon booking. There will be an option to add participants when booking. All dates are subject to availability.

• Participant Guidelines

  Minimum age: 9 years, 9–17-year-olds must be accompanied by two paying adults (18+). ID may be requested for those who look under 18. Participants must be 3'9" or taller. Please contact The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience about a disability or an injury to discuss eligibility. Unfortunately, pregnant women can’t take part in this experience. Anyone under the influence will not be allowed to take part.

• Duration Detail

  The experience lasts for 70 minutes including the safety briefing. Please arrive 30 minutes before the time on the ticket.

• Dress Code

  Please wear casual and comfortable clothes with sensible shoes – no high heels or open-toed sandals.
