What do I need to know?

- Afternoon tea is served between 1pm - 4.30pm on Saturdays and Sundays only and must be pre-booked, ideally at the same time as the whole reservation
- Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 2pm
- An earlier check-in time can be arranged with the supplier
- Please inform the hotel of any dietary requirements at the point of booking
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult

Lovely
We were made to feel instantly welcome. The team were friendly and attentive, they offered alternatives and looked after us.
The afternoon tea was pleasant with good variety. We had already eaten the coronation chicken on rye when we remembered to take a photo.
Beautiful building with an interesting history.

Really nice food and drink in a nice setting, with great service. Especially liked the tea selection and the fact you could try a few. Please include service charge in the price (increasing it if need be). Most red letter days and similar vouchers are gifts, and it just feels awful to me to ask people to pay towards a gift they have received.

A nice experience
Difficult to book an experience due to many not being available and had to call them to check.
It wasn't as bright and cheery as the photo, but still a nice cosy bar. The signature cocktail was delicious!! And the tea lovely. The food was very yummy and well presented. Sadly we overstayed and got asked to leave due to the next people arriving.
