Very Very good value for Money
This is the second time we have been to The Talbot Inn, its in a rural village quite close to the M25 which makes it a good location to get around Staff very helpful, Rooms very clean and there was enough Breakfast for everybody. We had a bar meal at night and it was up the a very high standard quality wise and value for Money. Only downside was being charged for parking at night this has came in since we were the last year. But taking the parking out a very very good hotel and we woule recommend it

Lovely stay, but the Red Letter Day process is less than straightforward!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Talbot Inn. However getting it booked was less than straightforward. We were given a general gift voucher, which we originally tried to use to book at a different specific hotel, for which we had checked availability using the hotel's website. Red Letter customers should be aware that just because a hotel has availability, it doesn't mean there is availability to book using your voucher. (It's probably in the small print.) Then a few month later when we tried to book that specific hotel again it was no longer available, so we had to start the selection process again. The whole procedure was a bit frustrating!
Anyhow, the Talbot Hotel was very nice, very friendly staff.
