Everything was as expected,

A great B&B experience only an hour and half away. Close to Sheffield but far enough out to feel like a grand country house. Friendly team and comfortable surroundings. Hearty freshly cooked breakfast An half hour drive to Chatsworth House and other Derbyshire attractions.

Great accommodation,amazing helpful staff ,excellent dinner and breakfast,what more could you want ? . The hotel in situated in quiet countryside perfect.

A really fun gift for a big birthday from my children. Afternoon tea was lovely. The Murder Mystery was very well done and we had great fun with the guests on our table trying to work out who did it. Alas we were wrong. The Murder 57 Company were excellent. The dinner was fine, although the main could have been warmer. Likewise breakfast was not very hot. The hotel was nice. We stayed for two extra nights before the event. Our room was looking a little on the tired side and the bathroom certainly requires a refurbishment, bath panel cracked, a cracked tile and mould on the grouting. Also a crack in the sink. It took us back to the 1980's, when we bought our first house - colour of bathroom suite ivory. A small wardrobe with five hangers for two people. We had to lay our coats on the table. No double glazing which meant the windows were running in condensation. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Sorry we didn't take any photos. Overall a very good experience. We would do it again. Now we have to book our theatre break in London.

We stayed at The George Hotel Chollerford. Super dog friendly, lovely room, friendly staff, comfortable bar area. The downside was the swimming pool was out of action. Would definitely stay there again.

I hired 2 pods to have a special time away with ‘working’ friends. This was the perfect break away for all of us. Peaceful environment with stars at night, fire pit , BBQ, walking the Malvern hills by day, exploring local historic town and enjoying living in nature amongst the farm animals. The second night we met some like minded campers around the fire pit which added to the fun. The distance to get there was manageable from the South and on return 2 of us went by train which is only 15 minutes away. We all felt we would love to come again and do more walking and exploring.

With a range of locations and hotels to chose from, we opted for the Talbot Hotel in the lovely market town of Ledbury. The Talbot like many of the building in the town is a picturesque timber framed building bursting witj character. Our room was a good size and very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we stepped through the door. Would definitely recommend this for an overnight break.

Very well placed accommodation for the centre of town at pleasant bed and breakfast with helpful, friendly and welcoming staff.

Fantastic place to stay, eat and drink. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Me and my partner stayed in a pod and we were amazed by how nice it was. There is a lovely river as you look out the door and was very quiet and relaxing. The toilet/shower facilities were spotless. Loads to do in the area. .

Had a great day, driving tanks and firing paint…..great fun !!!
