Very well placed accommodation for the centre of town at pleasant bed and breakfast with helpful, friendly and welcoming staff.

Great gift. Lots of places to choose from

A really fun gift for a big birthday from my children. Afternoon tea was lovely. The Murder Mystery was very well done and we had great fun with the guests on our table trying to work out who did it. Alas we were wrong. The Murder 57 Company were excellent. The dinner was fine, although the main could have been warmer. Likewise breakfast was not very hot. The hotel was nice. We stayed for two extra nights before the event. Our room was looking a little on the tired side and the bathroom certainly requires a refurbishment, bath panel cracked, a cracked tile and mould on the grouting. Also a crack in the sink. It took us back to the 1980's, when we bought our first house - colour of bathroom suite ivory. A small wardrobe with five hangers for two people. We had to lay our coats on the table. No double glazing which meant the windows were running in condensation. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Sorry we didn't take any photos. Overall a very good experience. We would do it again. Now we have to book our theatre break in London.

The cathedral gate hotel in Canterbury was amazing. Staff were lovely. Hotel rooms were clean and beds were great. It is in the heart of town but not noisy ans it was all so quirky. Photo from just outside our room

The site could not have been more lovely or more picturesque. The site staff were amazing; laid back, kind, and couldn’t have done more to make our stay feel special. The animals and wildlife are precious, and the surrounding countryside is gorgeous.

Great hotel and food, friendly staff. Hotel right on the water front with lovely views of Menai bridge.

Stayed in the Carlton hotel in Bournemouth good hotel friendly staff good breakfast and lovely room over looking front of hotel. Good value
