Short Breaks in the North East

We had a fabulous stay for our anniversary and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Our room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully presented, making our celebration feel extra special. The hotel itself was lovely, with a relaxing atmosphere and excellent facilities. Thank you to everyone for helping make our anniversary memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to family and friends. We look forward to returning in the future

Perfect break, comfortable pod, though the bed is a bit squeeky as it is a converted table like the caravan type. Nice clean, quiet site though out of school holiday time.

Really beautiful food and surroundings

An absolute gem. Lovely setting, including garden seats; very helpful staff and the best cream tea we have ever had! So fresh, bursting with flavour, locally sourced and so much of it all! The heart-shaped scones were scrumptious, clotted cream plentiful, a large full teapot and matching jug of milk to enjoy several cups without worry or needing to ask for more. Then the cakes and sandwiches, homemade, packed with filling and flavour, and in total 9 large finger sandwiches and at least eight small cakes (two of each type), fresh strawberries, plus the scones!! Can't recommend this highly enough!

A wonderful afternoon tea at Blackpool Tower Ballroom

We had a great few days in Barcelona.

With a range of locations and hotels to chose from, we opted for the Talbot Hotel in the lovely market town of Ledbury. The Talbot like many of the building in the town is a picturesque timber framed building bursting witj character. Our room was a good size and very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we stepped through the door. Would definitely recommend this for an overnight break.

The Empress hotel is a very nice hotel. Its location is good as you are not directly in the centre but in walking distance. The staff are all very friendly. The restaurant and the bar food is great.

Hotel was friendly and comfortable. The location in Haverfordwest was perfect very beautiful location. I would recommend in a heartbeat thanks.

Been to the Dockyard a few times, always so much to see and having an annual pass makes ot easy to focus on a few things properly and plan another trip for a future time.
