Manchester Short Breaks

We loved the concept of staying in a Romany-type caravan for two nights. The location suited us as naturalists so well with places like Arne Heath and Brownsea Island so close. We did other trips to Thomas Hardy’s house; Corfe Castle and to the Great Bustard project on Salisbury Plain. We packed a lot in but we were there close to Longest Day so we had lots of time to use. We are in our 70’s but encountered no problems here - and the staff were so friendly and helpful too.

We used our voucher as a belated honeymoon gift. 2 nights at Premier inn Margate. Hotel was clean and the staff were fantastic. Close to amenities and easy walking distance to the beach.

The welcome and service was good and friendly. Good food. Actors brilliant with interesting twists. Good accommodation with delightful 4 footed ling eared neighbours. A few practical points: Entrance sign on the road hidden behind trees on inside bend - no time to turn left safely. Instructions on use of shower need to be provided, particularly with warning that water can become scalding hot.

Had a great couple of days here. Very clean & tidy. Staff friendly & helpful. Really good breakfast cooked to order.

Our stay in windermere was excellent..the break was needed.. Nice list of hotels to choose from. When arriving at the hotel we were looked after .. The voucher was handed over with compliments. The nicest part was we don't have pay ourselves as the voucher was a gift.. I recommend red letter days to those who wish to buy someone a gift. The experience was fantastic

The cathedral gate hotel in Canterbury was amazing. Staff were lovely. Hotel rooms were clean and beds were great. It is in the heart of town but not noisy ans it was all so quirky. Photo from just outside our room

Such a lovely spa, relaxing, calm and quant. The staff couldn't do enough for us. The massage was amazing.

We had a lovey afternoon making out gin with Paul. He was very knowledgeable and was a very good host. Very passionate about his products.

We went to the Indigo Hotel and it was great. Lovely room, great facilities, good service. We ould go again.
