Disappointing afternoon tea
The gift was entitled sparkling afternoon tea and was to include at least Prosecco. It did not. We had to pay extra which I am sure our relative did not understand and would have been embarrassed to discover. The photographs of Rutland Hall were misleading. The tea was served in a separate building without the ambience promised. No tablecloth, no china tea cups and plates no small vase of flowers.in no way what you expect of a decently presented afternoon tea in what was advertised as a building of character. Not value for money totally disappointing experience.

Quality Afternoon tea
Blossoms restaurant was very tasteful.
Afternoon tea selection was excellent & very filling. Sandwiches, sausage roll, mini quiche, scones, trifle & cakes.

Sliightly disappointing
I spoke to the venue before and was told they would make the table special (i had said it was a birthday) nothing was done, had to chase for drinks that had been ordered. Staff were helpful and food was good, the scenery around the venue was stunning but I feel the venue could do so much more.
