Audi R8 Thrill at Thruxton for One

Take the wheel of an Audi R8 at Thruxton Circuit for three driving laps, with a professional instructor showing you the way round first, and you'll receive a helmet and special clothing. You'll start with a full briefing covering the car's controls and the layout of the circuit, so by the time you drop into the driver's seat you'll know exactly where to place the car. Then it's your turn to let that V10 engine sing down the straights of the 2.4-mile track, with around 10 minutes of driving time to feel how eagerly an R8 turns in. It's a genuine taste of racetrack driving, and one you'll be replaying in your head long after the helmet comes off.

What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• Your voucher is valid for one person
• Spectators are welcome, with good facilities for drivers and spectators; children must be closely supervised and dogs are not permitted
• Must be booked at least six weeks in advance
• Available on at least two Tuesdays, Thursdays or Fridays each month, February to November
• Approximately 10 minutes of driving time, within approximately 1.5 hours at the venue including the briefing
• Please inform the supplier of any medical conditions or health concerns when booking
• Dress comfortably, preferably choosing non-synthetic clothing; narrow, flat-soled shoes are required
• Itineraries and vehicle models may vary; images are provided as a guide
• Some driving experience providers may ask participants to sign an indemnity or damage waiver form on the day of the experience. This means they may be asked to contribute towards the cost of any damage caused to the vehicle during their experience. Full details of the indemnity or damage waiver will be provided by the experience provider. We're unable to advise or comment on the content or suitability of the waiver. Most providers also offer an optional indemnity or damage waiver for an additional fee. This is separate from the public liability insurance held by all venues
