  Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website. Friday and Saturday evenings from 5.30pm can only be booked no more than 48 hours in advance. All reservations are subject to a 48-hour cancellation and amendment policy; they cannot be altered within 48 hours of the reserved time and date. A discretionary 9.5% service charge and £1.50 cover charge per person are added to the bill. Some dishes and drinks carry a supplement charge. Wines and vintages are subject to availability and may vary from time to time. If you wish to book a Friday or Saturday evening slot outside the 48-hour window, you can use the purchase price of the dining experience as a cash discount against a full-price meal from the À La Carte menu.
