A great day out
This was bought as a Christmas present, and it was one of the best gifts my son has bought me. The staff at the spa were attentive from the moment we walked in. The facilities are great and it wasn't overcrowded. The treatment was so relaxing and profession. Afternoon tea was great as we sat in the restaurant of the hotel in our bathrobes. Its definitely on my list for this Christmas.

Real good SPA treatment
I loved the spa treatment I received. It gave away a good vibe towards my day and surely made me feel relaxed and content. The staff was very polite and when having my afternoon the staff was very attentive and the hotel just looks amazing.

Perfect pamper day
Booked for my friends birthday present. We had an amazing day from start to finish, the staff on reception are incredibly helpful & lovely, facilities are easy to work your way around. It was never too busy anywhere so you could go around at your own leisurely pace. We had a 40 minute & a 10 minute treatment included, it was great that we could have them together in the room. We both chose the Ishga face & body experience, a relaxing back/should massage followed by a facial. We then got to choose between feet, hand or scalp massage for the 10 minute, my friend chose the feet and I chose scalp. We came away feeling very dreamy! Afternoon tea was lovely, I wish there was more savoury option as we only got 3 small sandwiches each then a hell of a lot of cakes! I would recommend this spa day experience to every body wanting a treat :)

Gift for sister went above and beyond
I purchased the spa and afternoon tea for my sisters birthday and the hotel and spa ensured that she was able to have her treatment even though it had shown as full as the red letter site. The restaurant also were also really accommodating with the afternoon tea which she said was amazing! Overall she had a great day thanks to Mercure St Paul’s and definitely recommend this as a gift or to spoil yourself!
