Spa Experiences in the West Midlands

Booking was straight forward and extremely easy to do.

Everything was clean, well thought out and the facilities were excellent. The meal afterwards was very good. It was a really wonderful experience.

This was a Christmas gift for me and my sister, we went to the spa yesterday and honestly had such a lovely day! The treatments were lovely and very relaxing. Jess was doing my treatments and she was very informative with the products that were being used and generally a lovely girl! Bobbie who works at the reception was amazing and really made me and my sister at ease upon arrival and through our spa journey. Thank you Jess and Bobbie for really making our experience. We will definitely be booking for a little birthday getaway!

A truly relaxing gift! We had to extend the date of the voucher a couple of times and never had any problem with it. Great spa, lovely hotel and the food was delicious.

Great place, Spa is lovely and treatments was the best. Had afternoon tea which also was fabulous, the restaurant is very nice! Pool area with steam room, sauna and gym. Hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body and had wash all provided and the top it off the grounds are beautiful.

I enjoyed the pool and the spa treatment. The lunch that we chose was delicious. Staff were helpful too..

Great location, great facilities and very well kept. We had a wonderful time. Recommend going on a Tuesday due to it being so quiet and tranquil

This is our second red letter day for the Bannatyne hotel and we can't wait as the first stay was great.
