I received vouchers from work as a gift. I used them for theatre tickets to see the musical Back to the Future. It was wonderful and the children were delighted, but when ordering the tickets, I entered the wrong email address, and Red Letter Days sent them to the wrong address. I tried to explain this numerous times and spent hours talking to customer service, but unfortunately, no one could help me. A terribly unpleasant experience. I had to explain everything only at the theatre under stress.Terrible customer service!!!

Spent a lovely afternoon enjoying an Afternoon Tea for my partner and myself brought my son and daughter in law. The sandwiches and cakes were delicious and hotel and staff were warm and friendly couldn’t ask for a lovelier way to spend an afternoon.

We had an absolutely lovely meal to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The staff were so welcoming and attentive, and even surprised us with a celebratory dessert to mark the occasion. The food and bubbly were delicious. We even treated ourselves to an overnight stay at the hotel, which was also fantastic. Would highly recommend!
