Took my grandkids, we all loved it!

We chose our seats and found earlier in the week the better choice of seats. We couldn't of asked for better position/ choice. Tickets came immediately and printed off for venue. No problems at all.

Staff were brilliant. The tea was lovely and we enjoyed it

I received vouchers from work as a gift. I used them for theatre tickets to see the musical Back to the Future. It was wonderful and the children were delighted, but when ordering the tickets, I entered the wrong email address, and Red Letter Days sent them to the wrong address. I tried to explain this numerous times and spent hours talking to customer service, but unfortunately, no one could help me. A terribly unpleasant experience. I had to explain everything only at the theatre under stress.Terrible customer service!!!

Venues were good

Loved this Japanese twist on afternoon tea with Plenty of different tasty sweet and savoury mini dishes to try which were all very nice and flavoursome including the selection of tea. Experience overall was really good and would definitely try out the restaurants full menu as well as buy as a gift for someone.

It is amazing gift for couples friends family or even kids
