Excellent first time at iFly Milton Keynes. There was a wide range of ages in the group but our instructor, Christian, adapted brilliantly to all. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience hope to return with my sons.

Spent a lovely afternoon enjoying an Afternoon Tea for my partner and myself brought my son and daughter in law. The sandwiches and cakes were delicious and hotel and staff were warm and friendly couldn’t ask for a lovelier way to spend an afternoon.

I received vouchers from work as a gift. I used them for theatre tickets to see the musical Back to the Future. It was wonderful and the children were delighted, but when ordering the tickets, I entered the wrong email address, and Red Letter Days sent them to the wrong address. I tried to explain this numerous times and spent hours talking to customer service, but unfortunately, no one could help me. A terribly unpleasant experience. I had to explain everything only at the theatre under stress.Terrible customer service!!!

Was very windy, however that did not put us off from climbing and we still had a great time. Went up for 6.30 and saw the sunset over Canary Wharf. Amazing, would recommend.

The staff were amazing it was a lot of fun and we learned a lot.
