About the experience
If you’re partial to the odd martini, a zingy mojito or a classic cosmopolitan, why not try your hand at mixology? Head to the plush surroundings of The Rubens at the Palace, a luxury 5-star hotel in central London, situated a stone’s through from Buckingham Palace. You’ll be warmly welcomed to The New York Bar by expert mixologist, Silviu, who will show you how it’s done. Learn a variety of cocktail-making techniques and enjoy the chance to master your very own recipes to go on and share with friends and family at home. This experience is topped off with a chilled glass of Champagne each and a gorgeous selection of canapés to nibble on.
What do I need to know?

Great experience, fantastic gift
Really enjoyed our experience at The New York bar: learned the history of cocktails and saw Matt's mastery, which was a great show on its own, drank 3 wonderful cocktails, ate some delicious snacks. Matt covered the basics of cocktail preparation, also shared quite a few tips and tricks.
