  This experience is available week round, year round excluding Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. All dates are subject to availability.

• Participant Guidelines

  Minimum age: 16 years. Under 18s must be accompanied an adult to use the spa facilities. If you have had surgery in the last six months please seek medical advice from your doctor or consultant. If you are pregnant or undergoing treatment for a medical condition please inform the venue as services may need to be adjusted. If you are undergoing cancer treatment, written consent from your consultant is required.

  Check in is from 3pm. Check out is by 11am the following morning, but guests may continue their break until 12pm.
