Fabulous food in a luxurious setting. The staff were very nice and attentive. We felt very spoilt on our special day.

We had a fantastic day. The Red Letter Day voucher system made entry difficult, holding up the queue. Red Letter Days need to use a QR code that can be scanned, not two emails with different booking numbers, which the staff didn’t know what to do with.

The hotel was easy to find, situated just off a roundabout. The rooms, whilst not 5* by todays standards, were large, functional with good comfortable beds. The bar and dining area were spacious with a good stocked bar including non alcoholic ciders. The menu choices were second to none. both our 2 evening meals were much larher than expected and delicious. Our continental breakfast had limited choices but was ample for our needs. The staff were excellent, attentive and eager to please. Lizzie, Mary and Tom looked after our needs and are to be complimented. All our needs were catered for and a return to this hotel will be made if we are in Kent again in the future

Three Course MICHELIN Starred Set Menu with Bubbles for Two at Galvin La Chapelle - very nice meal, great staff and lovely setting

We received this experience as a gift and we have a great 2-days away. The course was in excellent condition, we are pleased we had a buggy as we played 4 rounds in 2-days. The people in the golf club, on the course and at the hotel were all very friendly and we are already planning next years visit as we enjoyed it so much.

This was a great day out for both of us, staff were fun and knowledgeable and made us feel welcome. Would happily book again.

Had an excellent day both with the tour and the museum would highly recommend it to anyone who does not support the club. All the staff were amazing and very helpful. Would love to attend again but this time as my first match day.
